Wiping the inside with a lint free cloth works too but not as well as compressed air and for that you need to take off the front cover of your PSP.

No matter how protected your PSP is, dust is a normal occurrence. Mine has a few dust spots, but you just have to live with it. The best way is to open the front cover which is quite strenuous and time-consuming yet doable. I suggest cleaning it before selling it because if you keep on unscrewing the cover, you’re just making the gaps along the edges bigger and bigger due to loose threading. I hope this helps.
